Q1. How do I place an order?
- Register by creating an account, or Log in as existing member.
- Select the desired item, indicate the quantity and click on the “Add to Cart” button
- Enter the promotion code, if any, into the field provided and click “Apply Code”
- Click on the “Shopping Cart” link to review or to remove the items that you have recently added
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” button to purchase and complete your order.
- Complete your order by clicking “Proceed to Paypal” to be directed through the payment process.
Q2. Choose Shipping Method
A flat rate of $6 will be applied on each order for a one-time delivery. Free delivery fee is also available upon a minimum order amount, dependent on your shipping address.
Q3. Redeeming a Coupon Code
From time to time, we will run offers using promotion codes. When placing your order, simply follow these 3 steps to redeem the promotion codes:
- Enter the coupon code in the field provided on My Cart page and click “Apply Coupon”
- Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary then click “Proceed to Checkout”.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made at http://www.kovasports.com within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. - You can sign up for a PayPal account by going to Create Paypal account.
Q2. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my PayPal account?
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to assist with PayPal account problems. Please contact PayPal customer services.
Q3. When will my payment be deducted from my PayPal account?
Payment will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately.
Q4. How do I know if you have received my payment?
Upon a complete transaction (Checkout > Payment), you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your payment and order. From then on, we will process your order accordingly.
Q1. What are the shipping methods that are available now?
As of now, we are happy to ship your order to wherever you are! Unfortunately as we have yet to have a shopfront, self collection of your order will not be available until further notice.
